The connection between Medic Cloud and Dream Plus:
The story begins in early 2025. Johnson, then head of veterinary X-ray imaging equipment, needed an experienced and reputable partner in the Australian market due to business expansion requirements. Medic Cloud, coincidentally, was also seeking a manufacturer of high-quality veterinary X-ray imaging equipment that offered excellent product quality and service.
Johnson and the Dream Plus team also visited Medic Cloud’s Melbourne office. This visit was a valuable opportunity to connect with the Medic Cloud team, build a deeper relationship, as well as gain a stronger understanding of daily operations in Australia. It was impressive to learn that Medic Cloud was more than a trusted diagnostic imaging company but also a provider of Information Technology support solutions for allied health, chiropractic, veterinary and radiology clinics.
After a period of communication and understanding, Dream Plus registered for the Vet Expo in September of that year and collaborated closely with Medic Cloud to successfully promote the Dream Plus brand in the Australian market. During this time, Sam's patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism deeply impressed the Dream Plus team, forging a strong friendship and a stable, long-term partnership.
Below are some highlights of their collaboration:
Current Status and Future Prospects of the Partnership:
Currently, Medic Cloud is Dream Plus's sole authorized distributor in the Australian market, and Dream Plus provides them with unique, customized services. We believe that with the continued efforts of both parties, we will grow together and achieve great success!
