1. Dust removal by scraper
Use a dust-cleaning air gun to clean the dust from the leather (hair) brush on the scraper once a week; check the leather (hair) brush to see if it is running smoothly once a month. If it is loose, tighten the loose position. If the soft leather (hair) of the leather (hair) brush tilts to one side after using it for a period of time, you can remove the leather (hair) brush and switch it up and down before continuing to use it.
2. Dust removal in sorting chamber
If there is dust on the glass inside and outside the sorting chamber of the color sorter (usually the glass in front of the sorting chamber), wipe it with a clean soft cloth dipped in alcohol, and check whether the scraper is operating normally. Wait until the glass surface is completely dry and clean before color sorting.
3. Filter drainage
The filtering devices of all pneumatic air supply parts of the machine must drain sewage frequently (at least twice per shift) to prevent various impurities from entering the core components of the machine and damaging the machine, so as to avoid unnecessary losses.
4. Maintenance operations before each use:
Check whether the color sorter, air compressor, air tank, filter and other parts are intact and loose, and clean the dust and drain the water from each part.
5. Inspection during operation
During the operation of the color sorter, check the patrol signal indication (including working indication, alarm indication) and the action of the spray valve;
6. Maintenance operations after work stoppage
Please use an air gun to clean the vibrator (especially the condensed material in the vibrator bucket), the inside of the machine body, the receiving hopper, and the dust scraping brush.
Note: When using an air gun to clean the hopper, it is strictly forbidden to blow the air gun directly at the nozzle. Otherwise, the spray valve will be damaged!
